Unboxing Video Requirement:

To ensure fairness, customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery. This video should:

• Show the package being opened for the first time.
• Clearly capture the condition of the product and its packaging.

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The product received is significantly different from what was described on our store.
